When Does Gaming Become a Problem?
Most people enjoy gaming without ever running into problems. For some, though, it can gradually become an addiction — especially when gaming shifts from being a source of fun to a way of coping with stress or escaping loneliness.
Under 999dd's responsible play policy, we never promote gaming as a way to solve problems. Play because it's fun, because it helps you unwind – but treating it as a fix for life's troubles is where things go wrong.
Minor Protection
Access by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited at 999dd. Age is verified at registration, and KYC documents may be requested if there is any doubt.
If there are children or teenagers in your household, we strongly encourage you to use parental control software on your devices and keep your account password secure.
How Does Self-Exclusion Work?
Self-Exclusion is 999dd's most powerful responsible gaming tool. Once activated, your account will be fully locked for the duration you choose.
- Choose from a 6-month, 1-year, 2-year, or permanent exclusion
- No deposits or gameplay are possible while exclusion is active
- Account does not reactivate automatically when the exclusion period ends – you must apply to reopen it
- Promotional emails are also paused during the exclusion period
To activate Self-Exclusion, contact 999dd Support or do it directly from your account settings.
What Can You Do as a Family?
If you think someone in your family is struggling with a gaming addiction, approach them with empathy rather than blame. Remember, addiction is a mental health issue — not a character flaw.
A self-exclusion request cannot be submitted on behalf of another account holder at 999dd – but if you notify our support team, we will reach out to that person and do our best to help.
